During my work week, I usually only have time to hit the gym to get my exercise in, but on the weekend, I try to take advantage of the close proximity of many hiking trails accessible from town. Even if it's just a short hike, it gets me outdoors where I can enjoy the wonderful - and local - sights and sounds of the desert. The side benefit is a great workout.

Volunteer
Work on Ice Age Trail once or twice a week year round while enjoying nature and protecting the enviroment....helps keep mind active and body healthy!

I walk everywhere and also I use my bike for when I'm going long distance I. Use my bike .. great workouts for my legs!!!
